Cancellation by Participant

  • Requests received before the commencement of a program may be considered for review.

  • Once a program, workshop, training session, or course has commenced, fees paid are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation by SkillXclusive

If a program is cancelled by SkillXclusive due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer enrollment to a future program.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method, wherever applicable.
